Four-O-One History

Four-O-One Security Systems Ltd. has roots which can be traced back to the Moss family business established in 1967. In the 1970's, the original enterprise tapped the potential in the expanding Security and Fire Safety industries. This aspect of the business expanded and in 1987 Four-O-One Security was formed as a separate corporate entity. Four-O-One Security has grown into a self sufficient, full service security corporation. In early 1993 it expanded further to include a complete alarm monitoring facility.

Four-O-One Security Systems Ltd. Fire Alarm Service is one of the area's first U.L.C. (Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada) approved and Certified Monitoring Stations for both Fire Alarm Systems and Burglar Alarms. As early as 1996, the equipment of the telephone answering service department was fully automated, making it possible to offer a a wider range of services to its customers.
