Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the Premier Communications service model?

Are your clients, customers and patients receiving the best customer care from your current answering service? If callers are unable to reach you directly because your incoming lines are constantly busy, out of the office or if you are in a relationship with an Answering Service that's unable to answer your calls promptly, you need to find a better solution for your telecommunications situation. If your callers can't reach you on their first try, they may try calling someone else. The number one complaint customers have when they hire an Answering Service is rude telephone operators who don't treat callers in the professional manner that they deserve.

We are committed to solving the problems that you've experienced with other Answering Service services, by ensuring that we answer your calls promptly, courteously and professionally, and that you receive accurate, timely, and concise messages.

  • How is my information protected?

Your privacy and that of your clients is a primary concern. All calls and message details a recorded, backed up, and protected within a secure database system.

  • Where is your Call Centre located?

Our Call Centre operations are located in Brockville, Ontario, Canada.

  • How do you select your Operators?

At Premier Communications Answering Service, candidates undergo an intense screening process that evaluates applicants' customer service experience and phone manner. We hire and train only the best operators who will genuinely care about you and your business.

  • Will I get a private phone number and a service designed for my individual needs?

Regardless of the size of your organization, Premier Communications Answering Service will supply you with a private telephone number and a customized telephone answering solution that will fit your needs and your budget.

We answer your calls in accordance with your instructions, 24 hours a day. Your virtual assistant will record the caller's name, company, telephone number and any additional information that you've requested, or that the caller wishes to leave.

Your message taking solution is fully customizable, and your account representative can help you design a script that works for your business. Several options are available in addition to standard message taking, including order taking, ad response RSVP services and more. Database management can be added to all of these services.

  • Can you provide emergency notification?

Emergency notification can be arranged and changed at any time, on request.

  • Can my virtual office have expanded services?

The Virtual Office simulation ("your" receptionist switches calls to staff within your office) can be enhanced further by adding Pager, Email service, Fax service or any of the other peripheral services outlined in detail on our Answering Service Promotional brochure.

  • What will all this cost?

Call Center and Answering Message Services frequently don't publish their rates. They ask you personal business questions and set your rate based on much they think you can afford or are willing to pay. They try to justify their high rates by promising quality service. At Premier Communications, actually will give you both excellent service, and the low published fees that we've promised.

You pay only for what you use regardless of message delivery method. Premier can also supply you with a free front-end voicemail system to screen your calls, allowing non-urgent callers to leave a voicemail message in our system, while urgent or emergency calls are connected with a live telephone representative. This service is free of charge and has the advantage of helping you minimize your costs.

You will only be charged for the calls handled by a live operator.

  • What will the greeting message be?

The call will be Operator-answered in Your Company Name, or with our Recorded-Voice-Answered Service (with FREE voice mail messages). In the latter case the caller may revert to the operator, who then answers with your company name or script.
